Returns

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your Water Table.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• unused
• in its original condition
• returned in the original packaging where possible

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping costs.

Due to the size and weight of the Water Table, we recommend using a suitable courier and ensuring the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

We are not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
